Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin are a must

Good interpersonal and communication skills
熟练运用办公设备及Opera系统
Able to utilize various office machines, i.e. computer, facsimile and photocopy machine etc. and Opera system.
至少两年预订部副经理或同等级别相同容量国际酒店工作经验
Similar capacity in existing hotel or Assistant Reservations Manager with min 2 years experience in an international hotel.

Able to handle guest request and feedback in a professional manner
能与各级员工互动交流
Ability to interact with all level of people
职位概述Job Instruction:
1. 配合市场需求,制定并执行预订程序
To develop and implement reservation procedures in support of marketing initiatives.
2. 监督管理每位员工的表现并进行定期的表现评估
To monitor individual staff performance and conduct periodic performance appraisals.
3. 推动程序革新以最大化员工工作效率及进一步提高服务水准.
To initiate procedural changes so that staff productivity is maximized.
4. 仔细选择并雇佣合适的员工
To carefully select and hire staff based on established pre-requisitions and core competencies.
5. 全方面地培训新老员工
To fully train new and existing staff in all aspects of reservations operations.
6.协调分配工作,确保持续更新及处理当日所有的往来信件
To coordinate office activities to ensure work updates are consistently maintained and all correspondence promptly handled on the same day received.
7. 确保所有的预订在客人抵店前都得到检查核实
To ensure that all reservations are thoroughly reviewed prior to guests' arrival.
8. 确保员工有必须的设备或工具,以便员工能有效的处理工作
To ensure the staff are provided with the necessary equipment and tools to effectively handle their job.
9. 负责处理特殊需求 及预订部日常工作上发生的问题
To take charge of special requests and any problems that may arise within the department on a day-to-day basis.
10. 维护一个有效的系统以合理地处理工作流程
To develop and maintain an efficient system to promptly handle the flow of correspondences.
11. 通过推动程序上的革新以最大化员工的劳动率
To initiate procedural changes so that staff productivity is maximized.
12. 专注于服务水平。例如:电话处理技巧及恰当的交流方式
To focus on service level e.g. call handling techniques and prompt turnaround response.
13. 保持定期更新部门营运指南
To maintain update Reservations & related manuals.
