1.Practice the service culture SHINE with Service Essence Training

2.Solve the guest complaints with service culture E-Leap within Service Recovery Training
当客人向我们表达不满情绪时及时担负责任,并践行《服务补救》中的E-LEAP服务文化原则
3.Personal grooming, hygiene and courtesy are in line with hotel and brand standards
个人仪容仪表、卫生及礼貌礼节符合酒店和品牌标准
4.Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception
严格遵守服务流程和品牌标准,向我们的客人传递品牌精髓的信息以提高客人体验感和品牌感知度
5.To follow all DMH Events Standards for answering phone enquiries, handling email enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting Hotel Tours, planning Events, creating Event Confirmations, Event execution and Event follow-up.
按钓美会议宴会标准回答所有电话询问、处理电邮询问、制作建议书和合同、主持酒店参观活动、策划会议宴会、创建会议宴会确认单、执行并跟踪会议宴会。
6.To maintain complete records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel as per DMH's .Policies & Procedures.
根据钓美的政策和程序维护酒店全部销售协议、合同和报价的完整记录。
7.Together with your Event Planning Team, to be primarily responsible for planning and executing events after the Event Sales Team have received a signed contract and deposit from the client.
在会议宴会销售团队从客户那里收到签订的合同及定金后,与您的会议宴会策划团队一起主要负责策划和执行会议宴会。
8.To look after personal 'repeat business' contacts from enquiry to conversion to execution.
寻求个人“重复业务”联系,将电话询价转换为执行活动。
9.To follow the DMH Standards in relation to Events.
遵守与会议宴会相关的钓美标准。
10.To deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional client service at all times.
始终履行品牌承诺,并提供优越的客户服务。
11.Effectively develops and manages relationships with key group organizers.
有效地开发和管理与重要团队组织者的关系。
12.Works with management team to create and implement a group sales marketing plan addressing revenue, customers and the market.

13.Assists with the development and implementation of group sales promotions, both internal and external.

14.Constantly reviews and monitors the guest service standards ensuring they meet the Hyatt brand standards and exceed the level of expectation of the market.

15.To continuously seek ways to maximise revenues and profitsby cross selling and up-selling other hotel facilities and services.
