2.Solve the guest complaints with service culture E-Leap within Service Recovery Training

3.Personal grooming, hygiene and courtesy are in line with hotel and brand standards
个人仪容仪表、卫生及礼貌礼节符合酒店和品牌标准
4.Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception
严格遵守服务流程和品牌标准,向我们的客人传递品牌精髓的信息以提高客人体验感和品牌感知度
5.Directly responsible for sanitation of all culinary, storage and buffet areas
直接负责厨房卫生设施,存储和自助餐区域
6.Manage rightfully dish washing machine, glass washing machine and cleaners abiding to the job procedure and standard;
按照工作程序与标准正确使用洗碗机、洗杯机和清洁剂;
7.Clean and put away timely dirty tableware given by restaurant or kitchen in organized way.
将餐厅和厨房送来的脏餐具及时清洗干净并整齐码放到位;
8.Polish all gold and silver wares regularly to keep them clean and bright;
定期打磨所有的金银器,保持清洁光亮;
9.Do cleaning well for dish washing room and maintain all items well;
搞好洗碗间和周围的卫生。维护保养本岗所有设备;
10.BQT dish washer is responsible for preparing all tableware for banquet;
宴会洗碗工负责准备宴会所用餐具;
11.Clean kitchen, equipment, woks, shelving,ground, noodle items, wall and glass and also garbage bin according to procedure and standard; clear up and transfer empty bottles, empty cans, empty cartons and empty boxes into garbage room timely;
照工作程序与工作标准清洁厨房、厨具、炉灶、货架、地面,面点房用具、地面、墙壁和玻璃,冷菜间地面、墙壁、各种用具和玻璃等处,垃圾桶和邻近地区;清理并运送厨房各处得空瓶、罐头盒、空纸箱、空纸盒等到垃圾房
12.Use cleaners scientifically and focus on saving;
科学使用各种清洁剂,注意节约;
13.Follow the safety policy and do well for the equipment maintenance;
遵守部门安全制度,做好本岗工具用具设备的维修保养;
14.Attend willing the trainings held by department;
积极参加部门的各项培训
15.Performs all duties of utility associates as necessary
执行所有必要工作职责
16.Inspects food holding and transport equipment repair and maintenance program
检查食品持有程序和运输设备及其维修设备程序
17.Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
确保食品操作及卫生标准符合规定规范
18.Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
确保所有操作符合政府法律法规
19.Knows and enforces proper cleaning routines for service ware, equipment, floors, etc
熟知并对所有服务器皿,设备,地板等清洁程序严格正确执行
20.Making sure the cleanness level is compliant with the brand standard guidelines
确保清洁标准符合酒店品牌标准
