岗位职责:

1.Practice the service culture SHINE with Service Essence Training

2.Solve the guest complaints with service culture E-Leap within Service Recovery Training
当客人向我们表达不满情绪时及时担负责任,并践行《服务补救》中的E-LEAP服务文化原则
3.Personal grooming, hygiene and courtesy are in line with hotel and brand standards
个人仪容仪表、卫生及礼貌礼节符合酒店和品牌标准
4.Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception
严格遵守服务流程和品牌标准,向我们的客人传递品牌精髓的信息以提高客人体验感和品牌感知度
5.Report to shift on time in issued uniform in a clean, neat and tidy appearance at all times.
准时上班,上班时穿着干净,整洁的制服
6.Pick up work assignments from the Housekeeping Department, and review for any questions. Sign in/ out on the attendant sheet and the floor keys. Report to assigned areas with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.
从客房部领取自己的工作任务,并查看是否有任何问题,在出席簿和钥匙簿签出所领耶的钥匙,配备着所需钥匙,清洁工具等备品到分配的区域中工作
7.Clean guest rooms following the established procedures and DYT&MGM Hospitality standards.
根据钓鱼台美高梅集团标准设立的工作程序来清洁客房
8.Check for any discrepancies on the room attendants report.
检查服务员报告上是否有任何差异
9.Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Housekeeping.
将任何损坏或者维修以及维护需求上报给管家部
10.Report any items found in check out rooms to Housekeeping office.
将所有在已退客房中捡到的物品交给客房部办公室
11.Check, replenish and post mini bar consumption through XPMS/Computer.
检查, 补给并将小酒吧消费传送到XPMS系统/电脑上
12.Replenish fruits in guest room daily.
每天补充客房中的水果
13.Response to guest request in a timely manner.
及时对客人的要求做出回应
14.Pick up laundry and dry cleaning items whenever require.
不论在任何时候都可以接收洗衣或干洗
15.Maintain the cleanliness of work area and all the cleaning equipment.
保持工作区域的干净, 并保持所有设备的干净
16.Communicate with Housekeeping offices and colleagues to ensure guests stay in a comfortable environment.
与客房部办公室和同事进行交流, 以确保客人在舒服的环境中.
17.Perform other duties as assigned by management.
履行经理分派的其他任务
18.Call supervisor if work assignment is finish early for direction.

Working experience in full-service high-star chain brand hotel at least
