岗位职责:

3.With the aim of "Delight Guests", encourage team members to convey the essence of the brand and create a sense of guest experience through innovation

4.Supervision of Kitchen areas, (Food Rotation, Food quality and Presentation) Follow standard recipes
监督厨房领域（食品周转，食品质量和摆盘）都按照食谱标准操作
5.Keep food costs and organize the market list on daily basis
保持控制成本并组织制定每日采购单
6.During each service, to ensure the Kitchen has sufficient back up to help the service to run smoothly and check each dish that leaves his kitchen
营业过程中确保有足够的备份，帮助检查成品的质量以保证餐厅平稳的运营
By maintaining close contact with the purchasing manager and other outlet kitc
7.Estimate food consumption and requisitions of food stuffs and kitchen supplies; inspect delivery of perishable food items.
对食品定量及质量估计，验收食品
8.management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets.
管理库存，保养厨房内的设施，和其他固定资产
9.Tastes and monitors the food products served throughout the operation, providing feedback where appropriate.
检查和监督食品生产的每个过程，在适当的时候提供反馈信息
10.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors; Other assigned tasks.
完成上级交代的其他工作任务；其它上级安排的工作
