岗位职责:
1. Responsible for lesson design, including Group exercise classes (Zumba, aerobic dance, functional training), personal training (e.g., core training, functional training), special courses (e.g., personal Zumba classes, parent-child yoga)
课程设计与教学:团操课程(尊巴、有氧舞蹈、功能训练)、私教(如:核心训练、功能训练)、特色课程(如:亲自尊巴课程、亲子瑜伽)
2. Facility Operation & Maintenance: Instrument Management (Daily On/Off Safety Inspections; Such as treadmill emergency stop button, loose screws of strength equipment, wear and tear of yoga mats, etc.), environmental management (cleanliness, sound and light atmosphere, etc.), consumables supply (towels, drinking stations, disinfectant sprays, etc.)
设施运营瑜维护:器械管理(每日开/关班安全检查;如跑步机急停钮、力量器械螺丝松动、瑜伽垫磨损等)、环境管理(整洁、声光氛围等)、耗品补给(毛巾、饮水站、消毒喷雾等)
3. Cooperate Entertainment Department arrangements (Enhancing hotel ambience, Flash mob, participate night time shows)
配合娱乐部门工作安排(酒店娱乐氛围、快闪、舞台演出等)
4. Elementary and advanced group classes (including Zumba, step, yoga, water aerobics, etc.)
提供初级和高级团体课程(包括Zumba、踏板操、瑜伽、水中有氧等课程)
5. Showing positive attitude among working areas, friendliness, multicultural, respect, freedom, pioneer.
在工作中表现出积极的态度、友好、多元文化、尊重、自由、先锋
6. It is necessary to regulate the atmosphere according to the actual situation of the event, flexibly grasp the atmosphere of the event, and guide guests to participate in activities
需要根据现场实际情况进行氛围的调控,灵活的掌握现场氛围,引导客人参与活动
7. Should actively participate in the process of performance creation, in order to explore their own artistic talent and potential, and be able to integrate the characteristics and needs of the hotel culture
在演出创作的过程中应积极参与,以发掘自身所具备的艺术才能和潜力,并能够融合酒店文化的特色和需求
8. After the event or performance, we should actively participate in the promotion, introduce the characteristics and highlights of the hotel to the guests, publicize the cultural heritage and characteristics of the hotel, and improve the guests' understanding and cognition of the hotel
活动或演出结束后还要积极参与推广,向住店客人介绍该酒店的特点和亮点、宣传酒店的文化底蕴和特色,提高客人对酒店的理解和认知程度
9. It is necessary to pay attention to their own manners, appearance, voice and intonation, and enhance their affinity to improve guests’satisfaction
需要注意自身言谈举止、仪表、语音语调,增强自己的亲和力以提高客人满意度
