岗位职责:
1. Formulate and implement promotion plans, regularly evaluate and improve the marketing results of products, establish effective operation schemes, and enhance the sales performance of the boutique.
制定与实施推广计划,定期对商品的营销成果进行评估改善,建立有效的运营方案,提升精品店销售业绩。
2. Be responsible for the daily operations of the boutique, including receiving and inspecting goods, conducting inventory checks, verifying price tags, etc.
负责精品店的日常运营,包括收货验货,库存整理及盘点,商品价签核对。
3. Proactively handle customer feedback, pay attention to product issues and market dynamics, and provide references for the optimization of boutique operations.
积极处理客户的反馈,关注产品问题及市场动态,为精品店运营优化提供参考。
4. Assist the manager in optimizing merchandise display, maintaining the boutique image in accordance with brand standards, and keeping the store neat and orderly.
协助经理优化商品陈列,按品牌标准维护精品店形象,保持门店整洁有序。
5. Keep up with fashion trends, integrate MGM elements, propose innovative ideas and initiatives, grasp popular trends, and create cultural and creative products with both brand characteristics and market competitiveness.
紧跟时尚潮流,结合美高梅元素,提出创新想法和举措,掌握流行趋势,打造兼具品牌特色与市场竞争力的文创产品
6. Strictly abide by all the rules and regulations of the boutique, and assist the manager in conducting training.
严格遵守精品店各项制度,并协助经理开展培训。
7. Communicate across departments and, through cross-departmental collaboration, transform the idea of cultural and creative products that combine trends with MGM's brand characteristics into tangible goods.
能够跨部门沟通,通过跨部门协作,能够将兼具潮流及美高梅品牌特色的文创产品由想法转变成商品
任职资格:
Possessing 1-2 years of work experience as a store manager or in the operation and management of luxury brands
具有1-2年的店长或有奢华门店运营相关工作经验;
Possessing market acumen and an understanding of fashion trends.
具有市场敏锐度,了解流行趋势;
Possessing excellent expression skills, communication abilities, and sales techniques.
具有良好的表达能力、沟通能力及销售技巧
