8. Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception

9. Ensure the delivery of prompt, efficient and courteous services or response to guests, visitors and coworkers

17. Ensure familiarity with safety, first aid and emergency handling procedures

18. Conscientiously implement hotel safety procedures and measures, and report all accidents in a timely manner
认真贯彻酒店安全程序和措施,及时汇报所有的事故
19. Comply with workplace health and safety regulations, policies and procedures and ensure that safe operating practices are familiar with any equipment prior to operation
遵守工作区健康和安全法规、政策和程序,操作任何设备前确保熟知安全操作规范
20. Take action to eliminate hazards and report hazards to superiors or managers; Adhere to hotel safety systems, emergency handling regulations and procedures
采取行动排除危险,向上级或经理报告危险隐患;坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。
21. Familiar with property safety, emergency rescue and fire and other handling procedures; Keep safety logs and accident records as required by the hotel
熟悉对财产安全、紧急救护和火警等处理程序;依照酒店要求记录安全日志和事故记录
22. Keep confidential information about the hotel and guests
保守酒店及客人的机密信息
23. Follow the principles of information security protection and ensure the security of relevant information and data in the work

24. Cooperate with security inspection work and follow up on various matters.
