岗位职责:
1. Participate in hotel management and decision-making, collect information and provide decision support
参与酒店经营管理与决策,收集信息并提供决策支持;
2. Participate in the formulation of hotel operation development strategy, responsible for the implementation and improvement of hotel strategic planning
参与制定酒店经营发展战略,负责酒店战略规划的实施及改进;
3. Collect and analyze guest feedback for use in business decisions; Ensure associate recognize the importance of exceeding guest expectations
收集整理并分析客人反馈以运用于商业决策;确保员工认识到超越客人期待的重要性。
4. Understand internal and external financial metrics; Manage the overall financial performance, analyze financial data for reasonable investment and strategic deployment
了解内部及外部的财务指标;管理整体的财务表现,分析财务数据进行合理投资及战略部署。
5. Optimize work processes to add value to revenue and operations
优化工作程序,为收益及运营增值;
6. Management drives the achievement of departmental objectives
管理推动部门目标的完成。
7. Rational utilization and optimization of resources of various departments
合理利用及优化各部门资源。
8. Assist to coordinate departmental budgets and analyze departmental financial statements
协助统筹部门预算,分析部门财务报表
9. Assists with the development and maintenance of a detailed Department Operations Manual that reflects policies and procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Division. Ensures annual review to accurately reflect any changes.
协助制定、保持及更新详细的部门运营手册。运营手册包括部门的政策,程序及工作程序和准,确保每年的更新要准确反映所有变化。
