Job Description
1.为销售经理提供全方位的行政支持,包括准备销售合同,建议书,宴会活动订单及相关信函。
2.作为销售部的内联枢纽,负责接听业务咨询电话,回复一般性邮件,并妥善处理客户预订后的跟进事宜。
3.维护和更新客户档案,跟踪档案,销售报表,确保所有信息的准确性和时效性。管理销售部的文件系统。
4.将确认的预订信息(如团队,会议,宴会)以活动订单形式准确分发至前厅,餐饮,财务等相关运营部门,并辅助销售经理跟进协调。
5.安排销售会议,准备会议资料,并负责初步接待到访酒店的客户,一般性参观接待及问询。
6.协助销售经理或上级领导与财务部沟通,处理客户的定金,付款等信用问题。
7.负责市场营销部的日常性行政工作的执行。
8.负责参与市场营销部日常线上,线下活动的落。
1.Provide comprehensive administrative support to Sales Managers, including preparing sales contracts, proposals, banquet event orders, and related correspondence.
2.Act as the internal liaison hub for the Sales Department, answering business inquiry calls, replying to general emails, and properly handling post-booking follow-up matters for clients.
3.Maintain and update client profiles, trace files, and sales reports, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. Manage the filing system of the Sales Department.
4.Accurately distribute confirmed booking information (e.g., groups, meetings, banquets) in the form of event orders to relevant operational departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Finance, and assist Sales Managers in follow-up coordination.
5.Arrange sales meetings, prepare meeting materials, and be responsible for initial reception of clients visiting the hotel, including general site tours and inquiries.
6.Assist Sales Managers or supervising leaders in communicating with the Finance Department to address client credit issues such as deposits and payments.
7.Execute daily administrative tasks of the Sales & Marketing Department.
8.Participate in the implementation of daily online and offline marketing activities for the Sales & Marketing Department.
人才要求
Talent requiring standard
1.大专或以上学历,酒店管理,商务管理等相关专业优先。1年左右酒店前台,预订或行政文秘经验者佳。
2.熟练使用MS Office软件(Word/Excel/PowerPoint),熟悉或能快速学习酒店管理系统.
3.出色的沟通技巧和客户服务意识。具备条理性,细致性和多任务处理能力。具备团队合作精神和保密意识。
4.良好的中文书面和口语表达能力,具备英文书面与口语能力优先。
1.Associate degree or above; majors in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred. Approximately 1 year of experience in hotel front desk, reservations, or administrative/secretarial roles is a plus.
2.Proficient in MS Office software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint); familiar with or able to quickly learn the hotel management system.
3.Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of customer service. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. A team player with a strong sense of confidentiality.
4.Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese; proficiency in written and spoken English is preferred.
