【岗位职责】
操作洗衣机，甩干机，滚筒，以及干洗机。
掌握对洗衣房设备全面的了解
确保所有客人衣物被仔细对待，尽量降低损坏率
申领洗衣房各类物品并确保化学剂等被恰当地使用，使用正确的数量以降低成本、提高质量，避免事故
维持客房布巾和制服的质量
保持简单的供应记录
管理督促员工
向客人提供优质服务
指挥和保持部门间的工作流动
检查成品的数量和品质
维护设备
节约使用产品供给
培训新员工
观察员工表现并汇报
检查洗衣程序
处理客人急需的清洗服务
通过记录客人的评论并以此为实践，不断地寻找机会发展对客服务
促销酒店的产品与服务
完成安排的特殊任务
汇报出故障的机器，以便及时维修
调整水温的变化
保持工作进度
维持员工纪律
[Job Responsibilities]
Operate washing machines, spin dryers, tumble dryers, and dry cleaning machines.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of laundry room equipment.
Ensure that all guests’ clothing is handled with care to minimize damage.
Obtain various laundry supplies and ensure that chemicals and other materials are used properly and in the correct quantities to reduce costs, improve quality, and prevent accidents.
Maintain the quality of guest linens and uniforms.
Keep basic inventory records.
Manage and supervise staff
Provide high-quality service to guests
Coordinate and maintain workflow between departments
Inspect the quantity and quality of finished laundry
Maintain equipment
Use supplies economically
Train new employees
Observe and report on employee performance
Check laundry procedures
Handle urgent laundry requests from guests
Continuously seek opportunities to improve guest service by recording and acting on guest feedback
Promote the hotel’s products and services
Complete assigned special tasks
Report malfunctioning equipment for timely repair
Adjust water temperature as needed
Maintain work progress
Enforce staff discipline

至少2年相关公司的工作经验。
具备服装面料方面的知识
有洗衣房详细操作的知识
身体健康，能适应长时间工作
能承受工作压力

At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of clothing fabrics
Knowledge of detailed laundry room operations
In good physical health and able to adapt to long working hours
Able to handle work pressure
