电子商务经理 E-Commerce Manager

【岗位职责】
1、以OTA为主负责市场开发、客户维护和销售管理等工作；
2、负责产品宣传、推广和销售，完成销售的任务指标；
3、确保电子渠道的品牌和市场信息与总体市场活动保持一致，例如，特殊促销计划等；
4、具有广泛的社交活动能力和较强的组织协调能力；
5、为酒店主要目标市场积极开发和执行线上推广，提高符合要求的浏览者数量从而间接转换并提高酒店收益；
6、确保所有网络内容上的关键词的有效使用；
7、掌握新闻、广告、宣传等专业知识，熟悉营销和推广业务，了解旅游业现状及酒店管理知识，掌握公共关系学、心理学、行为科学等基础知识；
8、汇总与协调货源需求计划，以及制定货源调配计划；
9、更新产品资料，整理归档；
10、非常熟练Opera等酒店系统以及excel、PPT等办公软件；
11、有较好的语言沟通能力。
[Job Responsibilities]
1. Focus primarily on OTAs to handle market development, client retention, and sales management;
2. Be responsible for product promotion, marketing, and sales, and meet sales targets;
3. Ensure that brand and marketing information across digital channels aligns with overall marketing campaigns, such as special promotional programs;
4. Possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational and coordination abilities;
5. Actively develop and execute online promotions for the hotel’s primary target markets to increase the number of qualified visitors, thereby indirectly driving conversions and boosting hotel revenue;
6. Ensure the effective use of keywords across all online content;
7. Possess professional knowledge of news, advertising, and publicity; be familiar with marketing and promotion operations; understand the current state of the tourism industry and hotel management; and have a grasp of the fundamentals of public relations, psychology, and behavioral science;
8. Compile and coordinate supply demand plans, and formulate supply allocation plans;
9. Update product information and organize and archive records;
10. Be highly proficient in hotel systems such as Opera, as well as office software including Excel and PowerPoint;
11. Possess strong verbal communication skills.
