1.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of
Apartments and Surroundings (e.g. Corridors, lift lobbies, carpets) reporting
defects, achieving zero referrals from Residents.
保持房间及外围环境的清洁、完好状态。及时报告需维修项目,实现零缺陷服务。
2.
Maintain operational readiness of equipment and
distributions of supplies.
保证设施设备的良好使用状态,及时补充消耗品。
3.
Assist with the removal and replacement of curtain,
furniture, fixtures and soft furnishings and maintenance of furniture store.
帮助住客搬移窗帘、家具、及其它家用设备。
4. Assist with the
cleaning of Apartments, e.g. cleaning of, windows, upholstery, rugs, carpets,
walls, lighting, air-con vents and ceiling
帮助清洁房间设施(例如:窗户、地垫、地毯、墙面、灯、空调口、天花等)。
5. Uphold company
policy and procedures to ensure the safety, security and welfare of the
Residents.

Clean Apartments when necessary.
