JOB RESPONSIBILIES【岗位职责】
1. Follow hostess opening & closing checklist thoroughly.
按照领位开档和收档的检查表检查工作。
2. Get acknowledge the numbers and the dining time of guests aim to arrange the suitable seats for them.
了解当天用餐人数和用餐时间以便合理安排客人的座位。
3. Ensure that the gate area of the restaurant is always take cared.
确保领位区域有人当值。
4. Ensure that the front desk of the restaurant is spotless at all times.
确保领位区域干净整洁。
5. Have an excellent knowledge about the menu, including beverage and other dishes, which will able to help guests, and offer other recommendations.
熟知菜单中的所有项目，包括酒水和其他菜品，以便于回答顾客的问题和给他们适当的建议。
6. Be thorough in knowledge of the Hotel, services offered, operating hours of all F&B outlets, etc.

7. Welcome every guest with smile, eye contact, verbal greeting, and using the guest's name when possible.

8. Anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.

9. Thank guests with genuine appreciation and provide a fond farewell.
