职位描述
JOR RESPONSIBILIES【岗位职责】
1. To welcome and seat guest upon arrival at the table.
欢迎客人,为客人领位。
2. To assist the guest in choosing his or her beverage and or food order from the menu.
帮助客人点菜和饮料。
3. To take the food or beverage order from the guest, ensuring that the order is accurate and has been double checked.
给客人上菜的时候,务必确认是否正确。
4. To record the order on the appropriate captain's order as outlined within the Restaurant operating policy.
按照原则的要点记录。
5. To process the captain's order as per the cashiers’ policy, as outlined in the restaurant policy.
按照原则,处理客人的账单。
6. To prepare all necessary accompaniments to go with order.
准备所有的菜单的附属物。
7. To serve any requested food or beverage item that is available, as per the service policy.
按原则保证所有需要的食物和饮料都被利用。
8. To assist where possible with any additional request (Note: any questions regarding hotel policies or procedures should be referred to the Manager), and ensure guests are to be made to feel comfortable at all times.
帮助任何其他的要求(注:报告任何关于酒店政策和程式的问题),保持客人满意度。
9. To make the guest feel welcome at all times, and ensure that the service offered is of the highest quality, and that service is prompt efficient but not overbearing and that service is offered with a smile at all times.
随时欢迎客人,及时有效,不傲慢的高品质服务,保持微笑。
10. To be responsible for the cleaning of the table, during and after service to the guest.
服务时和结束后,都要保持客桌的整洁。
11. To have a full understanding and knowledge of all items that are offered on the menu & beverage list.
清楚明白菜单和酒单的各个项目。
12. To be responsible for collection of money that are due, for services and products consumed.
对客人的付账,认真负责。
13. To be responsible for the correct set up of all mise a place and side stations, and to ensure that there is sufficient and the correct equipment for the days trading.
任何时候都遵守规定,确保足够的及其运作。
14. Must keep his/her side station and section clean at all times.
保持客人区域的整洁。
15. Do not stand, loiter near, behind or talk about any guest at any time, so as that the guest may hear you, or feel uncomfortable.
不要呆立,徘徊,讨论客人,不要让客人觉得不舒服。
16. Will be required to carry out any reasonable request made by the Manager, assistant or team leader, or from any member of the management team.
听从上级合理的意见。
17. To report any problem situation or special guest request to the captain or supervisor, immediately so as to ensure that prompt action is taken.
及时报告出现的问题,和客人的特別要求,以便及时处理。
18. Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs
帮助其他员工完成工作。
19. Attend all related meetings
出席相关会议。
20.In accordance with the grooming standard as per the Hotel Policy

JOB SPECIFICATION【岗位要求】
1.Graduated from high school or equivalent, trained in catering service, and capable of daily foreign language conversation.
高中毕业或具有同等学历,经过餐饮服务培训,有一定的日常外语会话能力。
2.Have skilled service skills and certain adaptability, and be able to properly handle general problems in service.
有熟练的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力,能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题。
3.Master the restaurant service regulations, and understand the basic characteristics and simple cooking methods of various dishes in the restaurant.
掌握餐厅服务规程,了解餐厅各种菜肴的基本特点和简单的烹制方法。
4.Proactive, enthusiastic and conscientious, with strong sense of responsibility.
工作主动、热情、认真,责任心较强。
