公共区域督导PA Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILIES【岗位职责】
1.Keep the working area clean and hygienic, ensure the maximum satisfaction of guests and meet the standards required by the hotel.
保持工作区域内清洁卫生，确保客人的最大满足，并达到酒店要求的标准；
2.Manage the cleaning of public areas and check public areas such as restaurants, multi-function halls, offices, lobbies and surrounding areas, pay attention to details, and ensure that the cleanliness and hygiene of public areas meet the standards required by the hotel.
管理公共区域的清洁工作并检查公共区域如餐厅，多功能厅，办公室，大堂及周围的区域，注意细节，确保公共区域的清洁与卫生符合酒店要求的标准；
3.Understand the maintenance plan of all cleaning tools and cleaning machines, and be responsible for training employees in the normal use of cleaning agents and cleaning machines. Ensure the effective implementation of the general cleaning plan for the public areas and restaurants of the hotel.
了解所有清洁工具及清洁机器的维保计划，负责培训员工清洁剂及清洁机器的正常使用。确保酒店公共区域和各餐厅大清洁计划的有效开展；
4.Cooperate with Housekeeping Department, Engineering Department and other departments to ensure that all problems are communicated and handled.
与客房部、工程部、和其它部门合作以确保所有问题都得到沟通和处理；
5.Ensure that personal appearance and appearance meet the requirements of the hotel.确保个人仪表、仪容符合酒店酒店要求；
6.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

JOB SPECIFICATION【岗位要求】
1.Min. 2 year relevant working experience in international hotels
