防损经理 Loss Prevention Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILIES【岗位职责】
1. Check all the safety equipment and procedure to ensure efficient safety.
每月应对酒店所有的安全设施，程序进行预防性的检查，以确保其高效的安全性能。
2. Conduct walking through observations of entire hotel.
对进出酒店，或在酒店区域闲逛的可疑人员，保持监视。
3. Patrol all the hotel and check everywhere.
对整个酒店区域进行巡视检查
4. Spread safety operation standard to ensure Marriott group’s safety protection measures.
推广安全操作规范，确保万豪集团的安全预防措施得以实施。
5. Train and consult people attending to the emergency procedure.
参与紧急反应程序的核心人员进行培训和咨询。
6. Make the department monthly training plan and train the associates.
制定部门月度培训计划，对部门员工进行培训。
7. Supervise security supervisor and each security work’s situation and perfect SOP.
督导防损主管和各安保岗位的工作情况，不断完善SOP.
8. Solve the incident caused by staff or guest, and evacuate people in the busy time.
负责处理由员工或宾客引发的事故。并在繁忙时刻，负责疏导人流。
9. Connect with engineering department to do the check of every week and month as well as fire linkage test, follow up the problems.
联合工程部进行每周和每月的安全检查以及月消防联动测试，并跟进解决发现的问题。
10. Have the responsibility of outside security’s daily management and training.
负责外聘保安的日常管理和培训。
JOB SPECIFICATION【岗位要求】
1.Senior high school equivalent education required
具备大专，酒店管理专业文凭，或同等学历。
2.5-8 years supervisory/management in security loss prevention and same experience in hotel. Related hotel or lodging preferred. Working knowledge of constitutional, statutory and civil law.
5-8年以上在同等星级酒店安全部门工作，并具备管理经验
