岗位职责
协助酒店高级管理层负责及整个饭店的运作收集对客服务过程中所产生的问题信息。
Assist the senior management of the hotel to be responsible for the operation of the whole hotel and collect information about problems arising in the process of customer service.
大堂副理在前厅部经理的直接领导下，在当班期间负责整个酒店的正常运作。
Under the direct leadership of the front office manager, the assistant lobby manager is responsible for the normal operation of the whole hotel during the shift.
要负责处理宾客的问题和投诉。
Be responsible for handling guests' questions and complaints.
要负责重要宾客的迎领工作。
Be responsible for welcoming and leading important guests.
进行整个酒店的安全和日常的设备检查工作。
