洗衣房服务员 Laundry Attendant

【岗位职责】
1、熟悉并能正确处理各种不同的布巾。Be familiar with and properly handle all types of linens.
2、确保正确使用设备和化学剂。Ensure the proper use of equipment and laundry chemicals.
3、细心处理客人衣物，尽量避免损坏、缩水、丢失纽扣等。Handle guest garments with great care to minimize damage, shrinkage, missing buttons and other defects.
4、洗衣前后检查所有项目并记录损坏、褪色等，对自己不熟悉的衣料不能擅自处理。Inspect all items before and after laundering and record issues such as damage and fading. Do not process unfamiliar fabrics without approval.
5、向客人提供优质服务，确保客人需求和合理要求被满足。Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their needs and reasonable requests are fulfilled.
6、能熟练使用机器、调整机器、烘干衣物、清洁机器等Be proficient in operating, adjusting and cleaning laundry machines, as well as drying garments.
7、保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the assigned work area.
8、完成主管交给的额外任务Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
【岗位要求】
1、会识别不同布巾，熟悉洗衣所用的化学试剂。Able to identify different types of linens and familiar with laundry chemicals.
2、高中学历。High school diploma or above.
3、有相关的洗衣房工作经验。Relevant working experience in laundry operations.
