香山苑服务副经理/经理 Xiangshan Garden Deputy Service Manager/Manager

【岗位职责】
1、负责香山苑日常运营管理，确保服务质量与顾客满意度
Responsible for the daily operational management of Xiangshan Court, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
2、始终确保团队成员提供礼貌及专业的好客服务，以超出规定的服务要求承担起客人满意的责任，负责向客人传送高水平服务，确保客人的需求和合理的要求被满足
Ensure team members consistently deliver courteous and professional hospitality services; assume responsibility for guest satisfaction beyond standard requirements, provide high-level service delivery, and ensure all guest needs and reasonable requests are fulfilled.
3、处理顾客投诉及突发事件，维护酒店品牌形象
Handle guest complaints and emergencies to safeguard the hotel's brand image.
4、根据员工需求制定和实施相关培训计划并对他们的学习情况做出评估
Develop and implement relevant training programs based on employee needs and evaluate their learning outcomes.
5、管理香山苑物资设备，控制运营成本
Manage the materials and equipment of Xiangshan Court and control operational costs.
6、与其他部门协调合作，确保服务高效运转
Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service operations.
7、完成上级交付的其他工作
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
【岗位要求】
1、具备酒店/餐饮行业服务管理经验者优先
Experience in service management within the hotel or catering industry is preferred.
2、优秀的团队管理与协调能力
Excellent team management and coordination skills.
3、熟悉高端餐饮服务标准及流程
Familiar with high-end dining service standards and procedures.
4、具备流利的英语说、写能力
Proficient in both spoken and written English.
5、能适应弹性工作时间及高强度工作压力
Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and high-intensity work pressure.
6、大专以上学历
College degree or above.
7、具有5星级以上酒店同等2年以上相关工作经验
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a comparable position at a 5-star hotel or above.
