康乐部假期工/实习生 Recreation Department Holiday Worker/Intern(临时)

【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店康乐部日常运营工作，包括健身房、游泳池、SPA等区域的接待与服务
Responsible for the daily operations of the Hotel Recreation Department, including reception and service in areas such as the gym, swimming pool, and SPA.
2、协助会员办理登记、预约及咨询服务，维护客户关系
Assist members with registration, booking, and inquiry services, and maintain strong client relationships.
3、定期检查康乐设施设备运行状况，及时上报维修需求
Conduct regular inspections of recreation facilities and equipment, and promptly report any maintenance requirements.
4、保持康乐区域整洁有序，严格执行卫生消毒标准
Ensure the recreation areas are kept clean and orderly, strictly adhering to hygiene and disinfection standards.
5、协助策划并执行康乐部主题活动及促销方案
Assist in planning and executing themed activities and promotional campaigns for the Recreation Department.
6、处理客户投诉及突发事件，确保服务质量
Handle customer complaints and emergencies to ensure service quality.

Well-groomed appearance, passionate about the service industry, with a strong service mindset and professional ethics.
2、具备较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神
Possess strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
3、能适应倒班工作制，节假日需正常排班
Ability to adapt to shift work schedules, including regular duties during holidays.
4、身体健康，无传染性疾病，能胜任基础体力工作
Good physical health, free from infectious diseases, and capable of performing basic physical tasks.
5、有相关实习或工作经验者优先考虑
Prior internship or work experience in a related field is preferred.
6、持救生员证、健身教练证等专业资质者优先
Holders of professional certifications such as Lifeguard License or Fitness Instructor Certificate will be given priority.
