夜班经理Night Manager

【岗位职责】
1、代表酒店管理层主持酒店夜间的经营管理活动。On behalf of the hotel management team, take overall responsibility for the hotel’s overnight operations and management.
2、负责协调和督促各部门做好夜间的各种工作。Coordinate and monitor the delivery of all overnight work tasks across all departments.
3、协调夜间各部门的工作关系，处理和解决发生的各种问题和突发的各类事件。Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration during overnight shifts, and address and resolve all operational issues and emergency incidents that arise.
4、代表酒店管理层接待和迎送夜间到离店的重要宾客，检查有关部门做好服务工作。On behalf of the hotel management team, receive and see off VIP guests arriving at or departing from the hotel overnight, and conduct inspections to ensure relevant departments uphold service standards.
5、负责酒店夜间的质量管理工作。Be responsible for the hotel’s service quality control and management throughout overnight shifts.
6、编写 “工作日记”，发现的问题及处理的意见和结果，及时上报。Compile the Night Duty Log with records of identified issues, handling proposals and final outcomes, and submit it to the superior for review in a timely manner.
7、完成上级交办的其他事项。Fulfill other duties and tasks assigned by the superior.
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验 1 年以上。College diploma or above, with at least 1 year of working experience in the same position.
2、熟悉各种应急预案的内容和程序，了解接待礼仪、礼节。Familiar with the contents and procedures of various emergency response plans, and knowledgeable about reception etiquette and protocol.
3、熟悉外事纪律，了解旅游法规，懂得治安、消防条例等法律、法规等基本知识。Familiar with foreign affairs discipline, have a good knowledge of tourism regulations, and master basic knowledge of laws and regulations including public security rules and fire control regulations.
4、具有较强的组织、指挥、协调和控制等方面的管理能力，能处理宾客投诉和突发事件。Possess strong management capabilities in organization, command, coordination and control, and be competent in handling guest complaints and unexpected incidents.
