工程实习生 Trainee-Engineering

【岗位职责】
1、协助工程部工程师及技术主管完成酒店日常设施设备的巡检、维护与基础保养工作，包括但不限于强弱电系统、给排水系统、暖通空调系统及电梯、消防等设备。
Assist Engineering Department engineers and technical supervisors in daily inspection, maintenance, and basic upkeep of hotel facilities and equipment, including but not limited to strong/weak electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, elevators, and fire safety equipment.
2、根据派工单及时响应客房、餐厅、大堂等区域的工程维修需求，执行简单的故障诊断与修复，并在完成后做好记录与反馈。
Respond promptly to work orders for engineering repairs in guest rooms, restaurants, lobbies, and other areas; perform basic fault diagnosis and repairs, and complete proper documentation and feedback upon completion.
3、参与酒店预防性维护计划，协助整理设备运行数据、维保记录、备件库存清单等工程文档资料。
Participate in the hotel's preventive maintenance program; assist in organizing engineering documentation such as equipment operation data, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory lists.
4、配合开展能源管理及节能降耗工作，定时抄录水、电、气等能耗数据，协助分析异常情况。
Support energy management and conservation initiatives; record water, electricity, and gas consumption data on schedule, and assist in analyzing abnormal usage.
5、在工程师指导下参与小型改造、翻新及设备安装项目的现场施工，学习并遵守施工安全规范与操作规程。
Under engineer supervision, participate in on-site execution of minor renovation, refurbishment, and equipment installation projects; learn and comply with construction safety regulations and operating procedures.
6、完成上级交办的其他工程支持类临时任务，并协助部门做好安全巡检及应急事件初步处置。
Complete other ad-hoc engineering support tasks assigned by supervisors, and assist the department in safety inspections and initial handling of emergency incidents.
【岗位要求】
1、学历不限，工作经验不限，对酒店工程运维或设备维护工作有兴趣。
No specific education level or prior work experience required; interest in hotel engineering operations or equipment maintenance is essential.
2、具备基本的安全意识和责任心，工作踏实肯干，能适应酒店排班制工作节奏（包含轮班或周末班次）。
Possess basic safety awareness and a strong sense of responsibility; willing to work diligently; able to adapt to hotel shift schedules (including rotating or weekend shifts).
3、有基础的电工、水路、木工、油漆等任一技能可加分；持有电工证、焊工证、特种设备操作证等相关证书者优先考虑，但非硬性要求。
Basic skills in any of the following are advantageous: electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, or painting. Candidates holding relevant certificates (e.g., electrician certificate, welding certificate, special equipment operation certificate) will be prioritized, but these are not mandatory requirements.
4、善于沟通，能够快速响应各部门的维修请求，尊重团队协作，服从工程师的工作安排。
Good communication skills; able to respond promptly to repair requests from various departments; respect teamwork; follow work arrangements from engineers.
5、身体健康，能胜任一定体力劳动，无恐高症或眩晕症，能适应在狭窄、梯架等复杂环境中作业。
Physically fit, capable of performing moderate manual labor; no acrophobia or vertigo; able to work in confined spaces, on ladders, or in other complex environments.
6、具备一定学习能力，乐于主动学习酒店各类设备的操作规范和故障处理方法，愿意从基层岗位开始积累经验。
Possess a certain degree of learning ability; willing to proactively study operating standards and troubleshooting methods for various hotel equipment; eager to gain experience starting from an entry-level position.
