Scope of Responsibilities 职责范围
Ensure the quality of the daily work of relevant service suppliers, including school catering service, Integrated Facilities Management, transportation, asset management, procurement, dormitory, department collaboration tasks, and insurance management. Support operation team’s other projects and programs to ensure staff are satisfied with all services provided.
Catering service 校餐
• To plan, allocate and supervise the catering service quality.
计划、安排和监督餐饮服务的质量。
• To establish and build up long-term relations & collaboration with catering supplier, including the review and monitoring KPI, and to ensure efficient and cost-effective services are provided.
建立和维护学校外部供应商的合作关系,包括检查,监督,KPI的创建和管理,确保外部服务的高效运行,并节省成本。
• To collaborate with Parental Engagement Manager for catering related solution and follow-up.
与学校的家校经理协作,处理餐饮相关的事务和跟进。
• Checks all areas of the kitchen, canteen, storeroom, fridges are up to the level of sanitation standard.
检查所有厨房区域、餐厅、储藏室、冰箱达到卫生标准的水平。
• Check daily that all kitchen equipment and cleaning equipment are in safe and good working condition.
每日检查所有厨房设备和清洗设备处于安全、良好的工作状态。
• Conducts weekly sanitation inspections with the Executive chef and F&B Manager.
每周和行政总厨、餐饮部经理进行一次卫生检查。
• Updates & reviews cleaning products, purchase specifications and cleaning methods to ensure the highest possible standard at all times in line with the relevant authorities regulations.
更新和审核清洁产品、采购规格和清洗方法,确保在任何时候符合相关部门规定要求,做到最高标准。
• Checks and audits regularly the process of "Sorting" garbage.
定期检查和审核垃圾“分类”的过程。
• Lead, managed, training, appraise, control and ensure foods, Public Area, environments hygiene.
领导、管理、培训、评估、控制和确保食品、公共区域、环境的卫生。
• Audit food delivery checking and storage process
检查食品配送和储存流程。
• Handle all communication concerning government hygiene departments; ensure the government’s instruction put into effect. Changed Hygiene related license.
定时更换卫生相关许可证。
Integrated facilities management collaboration and improvement 综合设施服务协调及质量提升
• Be professional in integrated facilities management. Improve service quality, which include but not limited to the followings. E.g. Housekeeping, Safety and security, Mail Service, Event Support, Inventory Management, and Furniture Management. 在
综合设施服务行业展现专业的素质,提升管理的服务质量,涉及的方面包括但不限于:保洁、安全和安保、邮件收发、活动支持、仓库管理、家具管理。
Transportation (Student shuttle and business car service) 学生校车及公务车服
• Student shuttle 学生校车
a) responsible for the supplier quality management.
负责供应商质量管理。
b) Act as school contact person to ensure the communication and service coordination among suppliers, parents, and students.
作为校方的联络人,确保供应商、家长、学生之间的沟通和协作。
• Business car service 公务车服务
Arrange the business car per staff’s need and ensure it is in compliance with the car arrangement policy.
根据教职工需求以及使用政策提供公务车服务。
On campus dormitory service support 校园宿舍服务支持
• Work with other relevant department or peers to support the on-campus student and staff dormitory arrangement, maintenance, teacher registration, card management, etc.
和相关部门同事合作,支持校内学生和教师公寓的安排,保洁、维护,教师注册,房卡安排等工作。
Insurance management 保险管理
• Evaluate and reasonably adjust the existing insurance services purchased by the school to ensure that the school's assets, staff, and students are appropriately protected and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
根据现有学校购买的保险服务,评估并合理调整,确保学校资产、员工和学生得到适当的保护,并符合法律法规要求。
• Plan and manage the insurance budget, negotiate with insurance companies to obtain the best insurance terms and rates, manage the insurance procurement process, and effectively manage the claims process in the event of an insurance incident to ensure that the school's interests are compensated promptly and adequately.
规划和管理保险预算,与保险公司协商获取最佳保险条款和费率,管理保险采购流程,以及在发生保险事件时,有效管理索赔过程,确保学校利益得到及时和充分的赔偿。
Department related programs 部门内部项目协作及管理
• Consolidate and draft newsletter. Control the newsletter content and quality based on team’s contribution.
收集运营小报内容并草拟。在团队成员提交的基础上,确保小报的内容及质量。
• Other department related programs or tasks.
其他部门相关项目或任务。
Lead training to outsourced suppliers. E.g. child protection policy, campus safety policy, etc. 负责外包供应商的相关技术性培训管理。例如儿童保护规章制度,校园安全培训等。

• Reports directly to the Head of Department

• Coordinate with other Departments on service and event support.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by line manager.
