§ 确保拜访客人的专业性:运用凯悦的顾问式销售原则和市场营销分析报表工具理念。
Ensures professional SalesCalls using Hyatt’s Consultative Selling principles and SMART Sellingphilosophies.
§ 根据既定的目标来计划拜访客人。
Carefully plans SalesCalls into defined objectives.
§ 保持对酒店的设施设备,特征和服务有具体的了解。
Maintains a detailedknowledge of hotel facilities, features and services.
§ 对竞争对手进行密集的调查,对其酒店产品知识有着透彻的了解。
Conducts extensivecompetitor researches and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel.
§ 系统而有效地拜访现有的和潜在的范围之内的客户,把所得的发现和机会整合成报表并上交给销售部总监。
Ensures systematically andefficiently calls on allocated Accounts within location and reports findingsand opportunities to the Director of Sales.
§ 预先调查并设定主要目标,利用Envision数据库去制定适合而有效的销售策略,从而扩大酒店的市场份额。
Pre-qualifies and targetsprospects, utilising Envision database and develops appropriate and effectivesales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.
§ 提供反馈给管理层关于市场条件的变化,包括竞争酒店信息和市场的发展趋势

Professionally conductsroutine telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities.
§ 欢迎欢送贵宾。
Meets and greets VIPguests upon arrival/ departure.
§ 计划并执行对现有的和潜在的客户的拜访,开发新的宴会商机。
Plans and makes Salestrips to the parties concerned which is our current and potential clientele toexplore new business opportunities.
§ 有需要时,宴请或带相关公司的代表或政府官员参观酒店。
Entertains and conductshotel inspections to relevant representatives / delegates whenever required.
§ 建立强大的联系信息库,以便获取关于各种计划好的将要举行的活动/宴会的信息。
Establishes strongcontacts to source for information with regards to planned and upcomingfunctions / events.
§ 根据年度市场营销计划上标明的个人负责区域来执行销售活动计划。
Implements all salesaction plans related to responsibility areas as outlined in the Marketing plan.
§ 完成每月和年度个人目标、房晚数和客房,宴会等收入指标。
Achieves the monthly andannual personal target and target room night production and room catering, revenue.
§ 与相关的运营部门保持良好的协调和合作关系,确保满足客人的要求和期望。
Liaises and works closelywith the related operation departments ensuring guests requests andexpectations are being met.
§ 完成其他分配的相关工作
