Conducts extensivecompetitor researches and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel.
5、系统有效的对指定部门进行客户分类,并将结果和机遇报告给销售经理/销售部总监
Systematicallyand efficiently calls on allocated Accounts within assigned sector and reportsfindings and opportunities to the SalesManager / Director of Sales.
6、跟进销售咨询,并确定潜在生意的意向。
Follows up sales leads to identify prospects.

Ensures a highlevel of exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation of telephonecontact and written communications.

Professionally conducts routine telemarketing activities to identify newaccounts.
9、根据客户的需求,宴请或陪同客户进行酒店的参观
Entertains and conducts hotel inspections to clients whenever required.

Establishes andmaintains strong relationship with the established clientele and constantlyexplores new business opportunities.
11、完成月度和年度的个人目标,以及房间收入的部门目标
Achieves themonthly and annual personal target and the segment target room night productionand room revenue.
12、同相关部门协调合作,确保客人的要求和期望达到满足
Liaises and worksclosely with the related operation departments ensuring guests requests andexpectation are being met.
