12、清洁、消毒和服务包括住客及走客的客房,包括清洁浴室、更换布草、吸尘及清洁走道。

17、每日盘查客房小酒吧,补充被客人消费的物品。

18、根据客房部规定填写每日工作报表。

19、根据酒店的政策和客房部的规定使用和控制钥匙。
