§ 根据进度表开展有序的客房维修程序并监督。
Carries out and supervises the regular Guestroom Servicing Programmeaccording to the established schedule.
§ 监督全部维护保养工作，确保主机系统能源供给的持续及一致。
Supervise all maintenance work to ensurecontinuous and consistent energy supply of main engine system.
§ 协助确保按照既定政策和程序控制、验证、储存和使用所有燃料。
Assist in ensuring that all fuels arecontrolled, verified, stored and used in accordance with established policiesand procedures.
§ 与值班工程师协调，根据工作量和工作重点，协助制定每周工作计划。
Assists in preparing weekly work schedules in accordance with workloadand priorities in coordination with Engineer.
§ 检查工程部区域，确保设备的正常运行、功能并保持良好的卫生状况。
Check the engineering area to ensure thenormal operation of the equipment and maintain a good sanitary condition.
§ 监督并跟进特殊项目。
Supervises and carries out special projects.
§ 确保所有要求的维护保养工作准时完成，尤其关注与客人体验密切相关的工作。
Carries out and completes all maintenance requests on time, especiallythose closely related to guest experience.
§ 有必要时积极参与设备维修事宜的讨论。
Participates and contributes in discussion related to modifications ofequipment when required.
§ 巡查工程部各仓库，并严格控制物资储存与消耗量。
Patrol the warehouses of the engineeringdepartment and strictly control the storage and consumption of materials.
§ 协助确认应对紧急维修时所需备件。
Assist to confirm spare parts for emergencymaintenance.
§ 向值班工程师提交备件采购申请。
Submits request to the Duty Engineer for the purchases of parts and consumables.
§ 协助监督和控制所有能源的消耗，确保酒店所有部门能源的合理利用。
Assists in monitoring and controlling all utility consumption ensuringproper energy usage by all departments of hotel.
