services.
§ 帮助进行市场调查，编辑对竞争者进行研究的报告
Assists
in the compilation of Market Surveys and Competitor Researches report.
§ 确保特殊活动
/ 事件被正确地记录，与保存。
Ensures
the activities / events Log book is being accurately maintained.
§ 及时地准备，编译而且分发给每人每周
/ 每月的报告。
Prepares, compiles and distributes the weekly / monthly reports in a
timely manner.
§ 对有关酒店资讯对客户传达或需要时提供帮助
Assists in the distributions of relevant hotel information to clients
when required.
§ 确保所有被分配的任务的有关帐目数据被经常地更新记录于电子的数据库系
Ensures
that the relevant information of all allocated Accounts is being updated
regularly in the record or electronic database system.
§ 当销售总监/
销售部经理 / 销售主任不在时，能回应所有的电话或者咨询, 确定数据 / 信息被正确地及时得到传递
In
the absence of the Director of Sales / Sales Manager / Sales Executive,
responds to all telephone calls or inquiries, ensures information / messages
are accurately received and relayed to the managers concerned in a timely
manner.
§ 专业的通过电话拜访的市场活动开发新客户
Professionally conducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new
accounts.
§ 根据客户的需求，宴请或陪同客户进行酒店的参观
Entertains and conducts hotel inspections to clients whenever required.
§ 协助 / 参加销售部的销售“攻坚
Assists
/ participates in sales blitz
§ 同相关部门协调合作，确保客人的要求和期望达到满足
Liaises and works
closely with the related operation departments ensuring guests requests and
expectation are being met.
§ 准备和确保所有的事件命令都及时的传达给相关部门
Prepares and
ensures all Events Orders are distributed to concerned departments on a timely
manner.
§ 在销售经理/主任不在时，协助完成其任务
Assists the Sales Managers /Sales Executives to follow up on all matters
in the absence of the Sales Manager.
§ 完成其他分配的相关工作
Perform
other duties as assigned.
