Provides excellent
service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
提供及时、有效而个人化的服务，确保达到专业、高品质的工作水准。遇到不能解决的问题时，迅速汇报，确保高效的服务。
Handles
all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and
efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved
satisfactorily.
与同事保证良好的沟通和和睦的人际关系。
Maintains positive
guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
每日向当班的餐务部主管汇报工作，并接受任务。
Reports daily to the
Team Leader - Stewarding on duty and receives assignments.
确保垃圾被及时清理，并确保每天放好卷纸及补满皂液盒。
Responsible
for emptying garbage and ensuring that paper towel dispensers and soap
dispensers are filled daily.
每天拖地。
Mops and scrubs floor
daily.
正确使用洗碗机清洁盘，杯，碟子，银具，玻璃杯等。
Operates
an automatic dishwashing machine that cleans and washes plates, cups, saucers,
silverware, glasses and other dishes.
烹饪用的厨具需用手清洗。
Cleans
cooking utensils and kitchen equipment by hand.
