SPA Manager

- This position is responsible for all aspects of Spa and Fitness Center operation.

- This position requires a pro-active, creative and result driven person. He/She provides direction and leadership to the Spa and Fitness Center team to maximize revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction levels by executing effective administration of the department, implementing Banyan Group service standards, planning a variety of resources ( financial and human) and ensures the appropriate allocation and utilization of resources to achieve the department’s key result areas and objectives.

- Spa membership management and make good relationship with the members

Requirement:
要求：
1. Minimum three year’s experience in the Spa industry;
至少三年的水疗行业工作经验；
2. At least two years in managerial position in luxury hotels or resorts in similar capacity with luxury hotels. 至少三年的水疗行业工作经验；
至少两年在豪华酒店或与豪华酒店类似的度假村担任相应职务。
