消防安全经理

· Under the guidance of the engineering&security manager, responsible for the daily management of security;
在工程安保经理的指导下，负责保安部的日常管理工作；
· In the security when the manager is out, designated engineering&security manager functions and bear corresponding responsibility;
在工程安保经理不在时，代行保安经理职能并承担相应的责任；
· To assist the engineering&security manager hotel key, the key parts of the management measures, and ensure that at least once during the work of the above parts of patrol and inspection;
协助工程安保经理制定酒店重点、要害部位的管理办法，并保证在工作期间对上述部位至少一次的巡视和检查；
· Have the responsibility, have the right, have a duty to deal with the hotel's internal case, and sort out the case report presented to the engineering&security manager review, archiving, for future reference;
有责任、有权利、有义务独立处理酒店的内部案件，并整理出案件报告呈交工程保安部理审阅、存档、备查；

负责审阅消防主管、当值安全主管的值班记录或工作记录，对体现在值班记录上的异常情况及时跟进处理，并向上级汇报；
· Responsible for the security staff job skills training and Jun Ti training, to achieve the requirements of the hotel standard Responsible for communications equipment, security equipment management and maintenance;
负责保安部员工的岗位技能培训和军体训练，要达到酒店要求的标准。负责通讯器材、保安器材的管理、保养；
· On-duty touring hotel each area at least once, check the operation of the various divisions, found that all kinds of potential safety hazard in time and operation of unhealthy phenomenon, feedback, and timely treatment and to the engineering&security manager ordered the duty security supervisor immediately corrective to ensure the quality of work;
当值期间至少巡视酒店各区域一次，检查各班次的运作情况，及时发现各类安全隐患和运作中的不良现象，及时处理并向工程安保经理反馈和责令当值安全主管立即纠正来保证工作质量；
· Responsible for overtime and complete temporary work of the security operation time and personnel arrangements, a comprehensive understanding of the workings of the various divisions;
负责保安部运作中的加班和完成临时性工作的时间与人员安排，全面了解各班次的运作情况；
· Assist engineering&security manager to perfect all kinds of security files, grasps the hotel around the public security situation and the "underground", "career women" of illegal activities such as;
协助工程安保经理完善各类安全档案，掌握酒店周边的社会治安情况和“地下组织”、“职业女性”等不法人员的活动情况；
· Cooperate with hr for the employee background investigation work, in line with the care and the principle of seeking truth from facts and objective reporting the results of the survey;
配合人力资源部做好对员工进行背景调查的工作，本着谨慎和实事求是的原则客观的通报调查结果；
· Keep good communication with outside the department, dynamic, full understanding of hotel security to the security manager has the responsibility to put forward reasonable Suggestions;
保持与外部门良好的沟通，全面了解酒店的安全动态，有责任向保安部经理提出合理化建议；
· Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leadership;
完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。
