1、Carry out pre-service duties and mis-en-place.

5、Ensure good general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas.

6、Carries out assigned duties.

7、Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks, discusses the same with the Manager.
