We arecurrently looking for a Service Leader - Security to join our Security team.

As a Service Leader - Security, we rely on you to:
作为宾客服务主管-保安部，需要独立承担以下岗位职责：
Ensure the safety of hotel and guests in accordance to hotel standard.
根据标准运作程序，保护酒店和客人的安全
Arrange stations and work for guards as per the standard required by department head.
根据部门工作要求，安排保安员具体岗位和工作
Re-enforce the control in key area and key activities
对重点区域和重要活动加强控制
Hold the security information of each department. Keep eyes on behaviors of the hotel staff.
掌握各部门的安全防范信息，留意酒店人员的行为
Handle the emergency incidents
处理各种应急事故
We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质：
Able to lead and motivate the team, positive attitude under pressure.
具备较强的团队领导力与较强的抗压能力。
1 year experience in a similar capacity or 1 year experience in hotel.
在相应职位有一年工作经验或在酒店有一年工作经验。
Work hard and be good at relationship with colleagues.
工作认真，善于与人相处。
