We are currently lookingfor a Service Manager – Guest Floor to join our Housekeeping team.
我们正在寻找一位宾客服务经理-楼层加入我们客房部团队。
Responsible for directing and keeping all housekeeping activities in line with hotel procedures, standards and policies.
负责指导并保持客房部的各项工作与酒店的程序标准政策相统一。
Be responsible for the daily operation of the department and supervise the work of all housekeeping staff to ensure the smooth operation of housekeeping.
负责部门每日的运作, 并且管理监督所有客房部员工的工作,以确保客房部的运作顺利进行。
All guest room areas are inspected regularly to ensure that furniture, facilities and equipment are properly cleaned, repaired, maintained and replaced and refurbished as required.
定期对所有客房区域进行视察,以确保家具、设施和设备按要求得到良好的清洁、修缮、保养和更换和整修。
Evaluate the appearance, discipline and efficiency of all direct reports. If necessary, corrective action can be taken directly.

Ensure that the training of the guest room staff is analyzed and the training program is planned and then monitored to meet the requirements.

Communicate regularly with employees and maintain a good relationship

We are lookingfor someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质:
Minimum 1 yearsin the same position in 5-star international hotel, preferably has hotelpre-opening experience.
1年以上国际五星级酒店同等职位, 具备酒店筹开经验优先。
Goodinterpersonal skill and communication skill.
良好的人际交往能力和沟通能力。
Good executionand follow up.
良好的执行力和跟踪能力。
Adequate working knowledge of housekeeping.
具备充足的客房相关区域的工作知识。
