As a Service Manager – Stewarding, we rely on you to:
作为宾客服务经理-管事部，需要独立承担以下岗位职责：
To effectively and efficiently manage the operation ofthe stewarding department, including managing the supervision of the cleaning process, inventory control, responsible for the preparation of the annual budget for the tableware and utensils required by the F&B Department.
有效有利地管理管事部门的运作，包括管理清理过程的监管，库存的控制，负责编制餐饮部所 需餐具和用具的年度预算。
According to the inventory of tableware in each restaurant, responsible for communicating with the purchasing department,proposing the purchasing plan of tableware, ensuring the timely replenishment of tableware.
根据各餐厅餐具的盘点情况，负责于采购部门沟通，提出器具购置计划，保证及时补充餐具。
Manage the use of various types of tableware, analyze the causes of wastage, and put forward suggestions to reduce wastage.
管理各类餐具的使用情况，分析损耗的原因，提出降低损耗的建议。
Responsible for keeping, distributing and recycling tableware and utensils.
负责做好餐具用具的保管、发放、回收工作。
Responsible for the maintenance of F&B area, safetyand hygiene maintenance.
负责餐饮部门区域的保养，安全和卫生的保持。
Responsible for the staff attendance assessment,supervise the staff to do a good job of safety work.
负责对下属员工的考勤考核工作，督导员工做好安全工作。
We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质：
Minimum 2 years in the same position in 5* international hotel.
2年以上国际五星级酒店同等职位。
Familiar with the brand, origin, characteristics and prices of various tableware, and know the classification and storage methods of tableware.
熟悉各种餐具用具的品牌、产地、特性及价格，懂得餐具用具的分类和保管方法。
Familiar with the use of various detergents and cleaners, familiar with the commonly used tableware washing equipment and its operation methods, understand their maintenance methods.
熟悉各种洗涤剂和清洁剂的使用方法，熟悉常用的餐具洗涤设备及其操作方法，了解它们的维修保养方法。
Have a strong sense of responsibility, work seriously and practical.
