As a Service Leader - Chef de Partie, we rely on you to:

Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri-La's service and hygiene standards.
按照香格里拉的服务和卫生标准维护食品制备流程。
Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly.

Manage the overall kitchen operation.

We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质：
Minimum 2 years in the same position in 5* international hotel
2年以上国际五星级酒店同等职位
Received professional and technical training
接受过专业技术训练
Committed to serving food of the highest quality

Be healthy and energetic
