As a Service Leader - Guest Floor, we rely on you to:
作为宾客服务主管-楼层,需要独立承担以下岗位职责:
Manage assigned rooms, ensuring daily cleaning and maintenance meets hotels standards.
管理分配的房间,确保日常清洁和打扫符合酒店标准。
Inspect VIP guest rooms, floors, floor pantries, and other daily activity areas.
检查抵VIP的客房、所在楼层、楼层工作间和其他的日常活动区域。
Ensure the implementation of regular inspections and thorough cleaning of guest rooms and hallways.
保证执行客房及楼道的定期检修和大扫除。
Check the cleanliness of guest linens and inventory of guest items.
检查客用布草的清洁度及客用物品的存货。
Ensure that items are used in accordance with standards and usage plans.
保证物品的使用符合标准和使用计划
We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质:
At least 1 year’s experience as floor supervisor
从事楼层主管工作1年以上
Good knowledge of room management
熟知客房管理专业知识
Cheerful personality, practical work, have a strong sense of service and responsibility
性格开朗、工作踏实,有较强的服务意识和责任感
Basic English ability
具有基本的英语能力
5* hotel preparation experience is preferred
有五星级酒店筹备工作经验者优先
