We are currently looking for a Service Leader - Public Area to join our HSKP team.

As a Service Leader - Public Area, we rely on you to:
作为一名宾客服务主管-公共区域,需要独立承担以下岗位职责:
To have complete knowledge of the Shangri-La's standards operating policies and procedures.
具有全面的香格里拉标准的运作政策及程序方面的知识。
To have complete knowledge of the Shangri-La's experiences and Group specifications.
具有香格里拉质量标准、服务标准及集团规范之运作知识。
Inspects all public areas and back of house areas daily.
每日检查所有的公共区域和后区。
Ensures that all tasks are completed on time and in accordance with standards.
确保所有的工作按照标准按时完成。
Ensures public area attendants' work assignments are completed.
确保公共区域员工完成所分配的工作。
We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质:
At least 2-year experience in a similar capacity
2年类似工作经验
Cheerful personality, practical work, have a strong sense of service and responsibility
性格开朗、工作踏实,有较强的服务意识和责任感
Basic English ability
具有基本的英语能力
5* hotel preparation experience is preferres
有五星级酒店筹备工作经验者优先
