Service Leader - Concierge 宾客主管-礼宾

We are currently looking for a Service Associate - Concierge to join our FO team.

As a Service Associate - Concierge , we rely on you to:
作为宾客服务员-礼宾，需要独立承担以下岗位职责：
Assist guests in carrying luggage and providing luggage storage services.
协助宾客提拉行李及行李寄存服务。
Ensure the safety of all luggage and packages and store them in appropriate places.
确保所有行李和包裹的安全，并存放在合适的地方。
Managing the luggage room, ensuring that the luggage room is clean,accepting and storing luggage and any other items, as well as handling guests' left - behind items in accordance with procedures.
管理行李房，确保行李房干净、接受、存放行李和其他任何物品以及宾客的遗留物品的处理要按照程序进行。
