As a Shangri - La Jiangnan Wok Service Manager, we rely on you to:

Coach and maximize the performance of the team.

Ensure every guest receives high quality service.

Always ensure a smooth restaurant operation.

Do monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation
做好月度预测,每周班表安排,以及餐厅营收能力评估
We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质:
Equivalent work experience in luxury 5* hotel, Black Pearl or Michelin restaurant experience is preferred
奢华五星级酒店同等岗位工作经历,有黑珍珠/米其林餐厅工作经验者优先;
Has a passion for Food & Beverage, enjoys interacting with people
对餐饮工作富有热情,愿意与客人交流并建立和维护良好的宾客关系
Communicates and writes with fluency in English and local language to host global guests
良好的中英文口语及书写能力,为全球客人提供良好的服务
Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader.
