Supervises and Maintains the standards of hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness and safety in kitchens, dishwashing areas, Garbage collection and storage, and any other production areas.
Exercising effective environmentally friendly procedures
Complete job tasks strictly as per the S&P’s.
Organize, lead, direct and assist staff and report any problems in department to chief steward on a timely basis.
协助管事长确保所有餐厅和厨房高标准的卫生清洁。保持服务和厨房设备状况良好。
Assist the Chief Steward to ensure hygiene in all Food & Beverage Outlets and Kitchen. Maintain service and kitchen equipment in good condition.
