5、经常对消防设施、设备、器材等进行检查维修保养，使其始终处于有效状态，发现问题及时处理；

6、对店内维修和来店施工单位制定防火安全制度和措施，审批“动用明火作业”申请，制定火警应急疏散方案、计划，组织消防演习，发生火警后立即赶赴现场组织、指挥扑救；

7、负责与有关消防机关和上级主管消防安全单位的联系，请以上单位经常来店检查和指导；

8、建立、健全消防安全管理工作的档案和材料的收集和积累；

9、定期对监控室值班员、消防巡逻员、义务消防员工作进行评估、奖惩和培训。

10、负责组建义务消防队，并对义务消防队进行培训和督导；

11、负责调查一般火灾事故，并写成书面材料上报及存档，以做日后的培训教材；

13、每周呈报酒店的消防安全情况，并存档；
