You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
遵循酒店政策及程序标准协助物料部经理进行物料的计划与采购，开发供应商及合约服务的管理。
To assist the Materials Manager in the planning and procurement of material, including vendor development and administration of contracted services in accordance with the hotel policy and procedures.
协助找寻优质供货商为酒店供应物品。
Assist in finding reputable suppliers to supply items to the hotel.
确保收货区域的清洁与整齐，安全及秩序，包括物料部办公室，收货区及库房区域。
Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, safety, and order of the receiving area, including the materials department office, receiving area, and warehouse area.
严格遵循酒店采购物品的所有政策和程序。
Strictly follow all policies and procedures for hotel procurement of items.
