您的职责是在遵循凯悦酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下，保持所在部门的高效营运，并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
负责提供实际的支持和指导，并确保按照既定的水疗品牌标准及服务程序提供服务。
You will be responsible to provide hands on support and guidance and ensure services provided are in accordance with the approved Spa brand standards of performance and sequences of service.
负责确保顾客会感到他们的每项需求都已经被想到了，并且已与水疗部建起长期联系，而非仅此一次的造访。
You will also be responsible to ensure guests feel that their every need is anticipated and they have created a relationship with the spa, not just a visit.
