FINANCIAL RETURNS 财务回报
Participate in preparing annual budget and financial plan. Monitor budget and control costs, the monitoring of food、beverage and labour costs.
参与准备部门年度预算与财务计划。监控预算并控制费用,重点监督食品、酒水与人力成本。
Cooperate with the other departments to find opportunities to promote various sales revenue. Promotions for guests to bring outstanding dining experience of various kinds of value.
与其他部门领导合作,发掘提高营收的各种销售机会。推出各种能为宾客带来杰出就餐体验的促销活动。
Ensure safe disposal of credit and financial transactions
确保安全处理信贷与财务交易。

Deal with daily affairs, plan and allot work, set performance goals for each staff. Provide employees with teaching, coaching and give feedback on a regular basis, assist to solve contradiction between staffs to improve employee performance.

Ensure that all food and beverage venues and facilities equipment keep clean and dust removal in place and according to the expected volume reserves adequate inventory. If you have any maintenance requirements, should notify the engineering department immediately.

This position is the highest position that provide integrated services large luxury hotel or resort catering, responsible for overseeing several large dining places, the kitchen and all the staff in the banquet and conference facilities, and oversee many managers and supervisors.
