职位描述
招聘人数:2人
【岗位职责】
1、负责接待宾客,提供专业的入住、退房及其他相关服务,确保宾客获得优质的住宿体验。
2、协助处理宾客的咨询、投诉及特殊需求,及时协调相关部门解决问题。
3、为宾客提供酒店设施、本地旅游及交通信息的介绍与推荐。
4、协助翻译酒店相关文件、通知及宣传资料,确保信息准确传达。
5、维护与宾客的良好沟通,建立长期客户关系,提升客户满意度。
6、配合前台团队完成日常运营工作,包括但不限于登记、结算、房态管理等。
7、参与酒店组织的培训及活动,提升服务技能与专业知识。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的英语或其他外语沟通能力(会基础中文优先),能够流利与宾客交流。
2、服务意识强,具备耐心、细致的工作态度,能够妥善处理突发情况。
3、有酒店前台或相关服务行业经验者优先。
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for receiving guests, providing professional check-in, check-out, and other related services to ensure guests enjoy a high-quality accommodation experience.
2. Assist in handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
3. Provide guests with information and recommendations about hotel facilities, local tourism, and transportation.
4. Assist in translating hotel-related documents, notices, and promotional materials to ensure accurate information delivery.
5. Maintain good communication with guests, establish long-term customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with the front desk team to complete daily operations, including but not limited to registration, settlement, and room status management.
7. Participate in training and activities organized by the hotel to improve service skills and professional knowledge.
Job Requirements
1. Good communication skills in English or other foreign languages (basic Chinese proficiency is preferred), able to communicate fluently with guests.
2. Strong sense of service, patient and meticulous work attitude, and the ability to properly handle unexpected situations.
3. Prior experience in hotel front desk or related service industries is preferred.
