Assists the Training Managerin the implementation of all training programs

Familiarize yourself with theICHG HR and Training Standards. Implement property policies,proceduresrelating to training熟悉洲际集团人力资源和培训方面的标准。执行与本酒店培训相关的政策和程序。
Monitor the progress of theTraining Plan for each department to ensure that the training objectives arebeing achieved.监控各部门培训计划的进展,确保达成培训目标。Conducts new hire OrientationTraining including grooming and hygiene, telephone manners, and etc as required.按要求主持新员工入职培训,包括仪容仪表和卫生,电话礼仪等。Assists in coordinating andliaising with Departments or sister hotels concerned on sending staff out forcross-training and exposure both in PRC and overseas与相关部门或姐妹酒店协调和协助员工在国内,国外的外派交叉培训。

Prepares weekly and monthlytraining schedules and monthly training report.准备每周和月度培训计划和月度培训报告。Checks that all lessons areconducted in a professional manner检查所有的培训课程都以专业的方式进行。Assists Training Manager insourcing for training materials appropriate to the Hotel staff and responsiblefor purchasing or having materials printed协助培训经理收集适合酒店员工的培训资料,并负责购买或印刷培训资料。Ensures Hotel’s Fire, Healthand Safety Procedures are implemented.确保实施酒店的防火,健康和安全的政策和程序。Departmental training analyze and summarize.部门培训的分析和统计。Complete other tasks as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.完成人力资源总监安排的其他工作。
岗位要求:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
精通微软办公软件。
Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating,organizational and training abilities.

Good writing skills
