1.Responsible For Cleaning The Rooms Within The Jurisdiction, Including Changing Bed Sheets, Replacing Towels, Cleaning Bathtubs, Bathrooms, Floor Vacuuming, And Other Cleaning Work In The Guest Rooms, And Timely Replenishing Guest Supplies Such As Beverages, Soap, And Toiletries;
负责打扫辖区内的房间,包括更换床单、替换毛巾、清洁浴盆、卫生间、地板吸尘等客房内的清洁工作,并及时补充客用品,例如:饮料、香皂和洗漱用品等;
2.Responsible For Cleaning The Public Areas On The Floor;
负责打扫楼层的公共区域;
3.Responsible For The Cleaning Of Guest Rooms;
负责客房大清洁工作;
4.Timely Response To Guests' Needs, Such As Cleaning The Trash Can, Replacing Extra Towels, Cleaning The Bathroom, Etc;
及时回应客人的需求,例如:清理垃圾桶,额外更换布巾,清洁浴室等;
5.Properly Use Various Facilities And Equipment, And Perform Basic Maintenance Work; Report And Repair Problems Promptly To Ensure The Normal Operation Of All Facilities And Equipment;
正确使用各类设施设备,并做好基本保养工作;发现问题及时上报、及时维修,确保一切设施设备的正常运作;
6.Be Sufficiently Alert To Safety Issues Within The Jurisdiction, And Do A Good Job In Fire Prevention, Theft Prevention, And Accident Prevention; Report Any Abnormalities Immediately Upon Discovery;
对辖区内的安全问题有足够的警觉,做好防火、防盗、防事故工作;发现异常立即报告;
7.Keep And Count The Items Within The Jurisdiction To Achieve Energy Conservation And Consumption Reduction; Report Problems Promptly Upon Discovery;
对辖区内的物品要保管清点,做到节能降耗;发现问题及时报告;
8.If A Guest Forgets An Item, Promptly Return Or Hand It Over;
发现客人遗忘物品,及时交回或上交;
9.Fill In Every Item In The Work Report Truthfully And Comprehensively, Providing Authentic Data And Records;
如实全面地填写工作报告中的每一项,提供真实数据和记录;
10.Proficient In Mastering Etiquette And Etiquette Knowledge, And Flexibly Applying It To Daily Service Work;
熟练掌握礼仪礼节常识并灵活运用到日常服务工作中;
11.Strictly Follow The Standards In The Employee Handbook, Departmental Rules And Regulations, And Work Operation Procedures To Carry Out Daily Work;
严格按照员工手册上的标准、部门规章制度、工作操作流程执行日常工作;
12.Obey The Work Arrangements Of Supervisors And Above, Follow Work Instructions, And Emphasize Teamwork;
服从主管及以上管理者的工作安排,听从工作指令,并注重团队合作;
13.Adhere To The Group's Environmental, Health, And Safety Policies, And Pay Attention To Energy Conservation And Safe Operations In Daily Work;
遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策,日常工作中注意节能和安全操作;
14.Complete Other Tasks Assigned By Superiors.
完成上级领导所交办的其它任务。
Requirements 资质需求
1.Education Level: Possess A Junior High School Degree Or Above;
文化程度:具有初中以上学历;
2.Language Ability: Possess Certain Language Expression Skills And Be Able To Communicate With Others;
语言能力:有一定的语言表达能力,能与人沟通;
3.Computer Requirements: None;
计算机要求:无;
4.Job Skills: With Experience In Guest Room Related Work, Able To Solve Problems For Guests In A Reasonable Manner, Able To Endure Hardships And Have A Sense Of Responsibility.
岗位技能:有客房相关工作经验,可合理为客人解决问题,能吃苦耐劳,有责任心。
