1.Responsible for the management of food and beverage department, formulate and implement all plans of catering operation.

2.To prepare along with his outlet teams, a yearly Marketing Plan for each outlet, this is on the basis of the yearly business plan.
和部门团队一起，准备每个部门的年度营销计划，作为年度营业计划基础。
3.Responsible for achieving the department's operating revenue indicators and profit indicators
负责实现部门的营业收入指标和利润指标。
4.To fully understand the market needs and desires for each outlet and ensure that the product lines (menus)are developed by the outlet management team accordingly.
充分了解市场对餐厅各部门的需求和期望，确保各餐厅管理团队对于相应产品线（菜单)的开发。
5.International hotel group working experience,at least 3 years of work experience in the same position.
国际酒店集团工作经验，3年以上同等职位工作经验。
6.Accor experience is preferred.
